Smoke fluid aerosol canisters are pressurised aerosol cans of fluid which
insert directly into the smoke machine (Microfog
or Mini Mist
Turbo or even older Optimist Turbo machines). The propellant inside the canister forces it through the machine's heater block where it is heated, vaporises and exits as fog.
For decades, these smoke fluid aerosol canisters used to contain either Standard
smoke fluid (label colour: black text on white) or Industrial
smoke fluid (label colour: red text on white) more suitable
for fire training applications.
But in June 2018 these two types of canister were replaced by a single canister containing Global DeLuxe smoke fluid. They are still made by the original manufacturer and are a direct replacement to the discontinued canisters.
