HOW TO ORDER

All orders are usually dispatched same day.

All prices exclude VAT at 17.5%.

Residents in Non-EC countries e.g. United States and Asia, will NOT be charged 17.5% VAT, so the price you see on the website is the price you would pay (excluding delivery).

Residents in EC countries outside the UK who do NOT have a VAT registration number must pay VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%.

VAT registered customers who are outside the UK but within the EC would NOT be charged VAT, but they MUST provide evidence of their VAT number eg Business Letterhead

To order online
using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, JCB, Eurocard, Visa Electron or Visa Delta

1.	Add items to your online shopping basket by pressing the button
2.	When you're ready to place your order, click Basket on the menu at the left of the screen.
3.	Click on "Proceed to checkout >" to complete your order

To order by fax: fill out our mail order form and fax to us 020 7100 7527.

To order by mail: fill out our mail order form and post it to the address at the bottom of the form, including a cheque or postal order made payable to "PEA SOUP LTD."

To order by email: send us an email with what you'd like to order and we will send you details on how to transfer funds to our bank.

Public Sector / Large Companies: Please FAX your purchase order to +44 (0) 20 7100 7527. We accept official purchase orders from UK government departments, NHS trusts, schools and universities. We can accept GPCs (Government Procurement Cards) for payment.

Outside UK: Please email us with the product(s) you would like to order along with your mailing address. We will obtain a shipping price before your order is dispatched.

We accept payment via bank / wire transfer (BACS), IBAN or SWIFT. Please contact us for details.

If you live outside the UK mainland, please email us with your delivery address for the postage costs to your country. Please note -- certain products cannot be shipped outside the UK.
