Review of: Jem J1 Smoke Machine

No longer in production, this unit looked more like a tin of paint that a smoke machine! Early models were white (Mk 1), then blue (Mk2) then black (Mk 3). Early models had only a smoke switch on the top of the unit, which meant use was fairly restricted. Later models came with a variable output remote. The 1 litre fluid bottle was mounted on the top of the unit. Affordable, versatile machine with a unique appearance. It was sometimes rebadged as "Smokey Joe" for companies such as CPC. Not to be confused with the oil-based "Genie" units from Concept dating back to the 1970s.
