The Micro Rocket Smoke Machine was designed by Pea Soup for work in theatrical and cinematic applications. It is also perfect for air flow tracing, LEV, small scale leak detection work and also to simulate smouldering fires for training. A stainless steel version is now available designed specifically for cleanroom work.

The battery will last for approx. 10 - 12 minutes of continuous use, or unlimited when connected to the optional mains adaptor dummy battery (a full internal tank of fluid will last approx. 50 minutes). The unit has a switch for momentary fog production, or latching (continuous) output until the button is pressed again. It can be operated from the button on the handle, or via an optional wireless remote control.

This fog machine is perfect for situations where a touch of fog is required in remote or unusual places. The Micro Rocket Smoke Machine is equally capable when a steady stream of fog is needed. The Micro Rocket is the size of a small water bottle and can be discreetly placed on props, inside sets or held in the hand. The unit operates on a 12V DC battery (supplied) and is a very easy to carry and operate. It can be used at a wide range of angles.

Ideal for theatre, film, TV and photographers, musicals and special effects, smaller scale air flow and air tightness testing - everywhere where fog is needed quickly and efficiently, this unit is the perfect alternative to normal mains powered fog generators.

With the supplied battery, 10 minutes of continuous output or up to 150 x 5 second bursts can be produced. When the battery is flat it needs to be recharged with the supplied charger.
Additional battery packs are available (battery complete with housing, PCB, fuses and plug) for quick swapping and continued fog production. Alternatively, an external battery connector cable is available allowing you to connect a 12v car battery, giving up to 2 hours of smoke production in total!

The battery supplies energy only when needed, so operation time is considerably increased - the stand-by time is 250 hours.

Control:

The unit is equipped with a 3 pin-XLR-socket for analog (0 - 10V) control. An XLR-remote as well as a wireless radio remote can be connected (both optional extras).

With the optional DMX-converter (DMXit) the machine can be controlled via DMX 512.

With the optional Timer module a 'fog' and 'wait' time can be programmed in.
